The roof inspector/salesman scheduled with me quickly, and even came out on a Sunday evening. After getting a few estimates, I decided Home Genius Exteriors was the right fit. The roofing job was scheduled less than 2 weeks later and completed in 2 days. The new roof looks great and I no longer have to worry about leaks! I am very happy with the service, installation, and appearance of my new roof. This company made the process so easy.

So very happy ..The whole process was explained thoroughly and when I had additional questions, they were all answered. I am very pleased. The company representative was very thorough. Matthew inspected the roof and provided a clear explanation of what was required. Matthew allowed us the opportunity to choose what we wanted and was not pushy. The financing was quick and painless. I would strongly recommend this company.

The best experience we have had in a very long time. Mike the project manager was absolutely fantastic. Mike went above and beyond for my sister and I. We had many bad experiences in the past with home improvement companies and companies that made promises,but did not follow through. Matt gave a good presentation. Mike & Joe both project managers worked diligently for our home and our peace of mind. Mike had to rectify mistakes made by the office assistant Brianna, she was the only issue. If not for Mike .the dumpster would still be in our front yard.. If you work with the project managers Mike and / or Joe.You will have a great experience. The workers were very good as well. Thank You Mike for coming back to check on things.... We need other work done, if Mike is our project manager, i know it will be done properly... Thanks again guys!!!!

The Representative was courteous, o tie and very professional.. She (Brianna) explained what would be done and offered two packages. While her quote was not the lowest or the highest, it offered everything I wanted in a new roof. The job took 3 days, the workers were skilled, courteous and ever mindful of my property They came back promptly to fix a minor issue and they left the property in and excellent state. I must add that Brianna offered a very good deal with no interest payment for 12 months which for persons on a fixed income is very enticing. Highly recommend Home Genius.
