Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Things started off shaky with some communication and delay issues, however once Dylan communicated with me this morning, I was reassured that the project was going to be carried out exactly as originally planned. Between his follow through, constant updates and the dedication displayed by Davids roofing crew with deteriorating conditions, my confidence was reinstated that the company was dedicated to deliver a proper install. I appreciate the effort that that install team displayed today, and am looking forward to possible opportunities with this company in the future.
Response from Home Genius Exteriors
"Lawrence, every project has moments that test a team, and the real measure is how quickly they step up to make it right. Dylan providing constant updates and David and the crew pushing through rough conditions show the dedication we want every homeowner to experience. We appreciate your patience and look forward to working with you again at Home Genius Exteriors!"

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
The sales rep Mo was courteous and the installation crew lead by Leo and Angel were also very thorough and prompt. They completed the roof installation and solar removal and reinstallation in less than a day & a half which was very appreciated. Their cleanup was amazing as well and that was one of our highest priorities. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Response from Home Genius Exteriors
"Mo, [Consumer Name Removed] , and Angel knocking out a full roof installation plus solar removal and reinstallation in under a day and a half while leaving the property spotless is next level execution. Thank you Howard, Home Genius Exteriors is so proud to have that team representing us!"

I found this company on the IRS website, I found a program for seniors with assistance for roofing & windows. From there Home Genius took the wheel. Darius was very friendly, and was able to answer all my questions.

We recently had our windows done by Home Genius, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Dakota, the project manager, did an excellent job making sure everything stayed on schedule and that we were taken care of every step of the way. Nick, our sales rep, was professional, informative, and easy to work with, while Michelle, the project coordinator, ensured communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. The installation crew was truly phenomenal. They were incredibly friendly, respectful of our home, and worked very efficiently without cutting any corners. It was clear they were experienced and committed to doing a quality job. They also kept the work area clean, which made a big difference. On top of that, they were great with our dog, which made the whole experience even better for us. We couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience. We highly recommend Home Genius for anyone considering window work!

I had a great experience working with this team from start to finish. Sales Rep Falsk was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the entire process, making sure I understood everything before moving forward. Project Manager Dakota and his crew did an excellent job with the siding installation. The work was completed quickly, but without sacrificing quality. The crew was professional, respectful of my property, and made sure to keep everything clean throughout the project. When the job was finished, there was no mess left behind, which I really appreciated. Project Coordinator Sarah was also very helpful in keeping everything organized and making sure communication stayed clear throughout the process. What stood out the most was how the team took the time to address any concerns I had. They were easy to talk to and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Shane the sales manager was very informative & took time to answer all of my hundreds of questions. Alex's roofing crew did an amazing job with the installation of my beautiful roof and the cleanup was immaculate. They got it all done in one day which was impressive in and of itself, and left the property as good as looked before they arrived. Dylan, the manager, maintained contact and professionalism throughout the entire day, and even went out of his way to show me a little trick to save important emails which I wasn't privy to prior. I couldn't recommend this company enough to anyone looking for a personable, comfortable, and professional installation done to the exterior of their home.
Response from Home Genius Exteriors
"Shane answering every single question, Alex's crew completing a beautiful roof in one day with immaculate cleanup, and Dylan going above and beyond even in the smallest moments is Home Genius Exteriors at its absolute best. Thank you so much Sandra, we truly appreciate you sharing your experience!"
