The project manager Dylan stayed in communication with us throughout both projects which we were grateful for as well. We recently had our windows done by Home Genius, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Dakota, the project manager, did an excellent job making sure everything stayed on schedule and that we were taken care of every step of the way. Nick, our sales rep, was professional, informative, and easy to work with, while Michelle, the project coordinator, ensured communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process.
The installation crew was truly phenomenal. They were incredibly friendly, respectful of our home, and worked very efficiently without cutting any corners. It was clear they were experienced and committed to doing a quality job. They also kept the work area clean, which made a big difference. On top of that, they were great with our dog, which made the whole experience even better for us.
We couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience. We highly recommend Home Genius for anyone considering window work!

Dakota, the project manager, stayed on top of everything and made sure the job ran smoothly. Nick, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and made the entire process easy to understand without any pressure. Michelle, the project coordinator, kept us updated and organized throughout the project.
The crew itself was phenomenal. They were not only very friendly, but also extremely efficient and hardworking. You could tell they took pride in their work, and they kept everything clean and organized while they were here. As a bonus, they were great with our dog, which we really appreciated! Overall, we are very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Home Genius to anyone looking to get new windows.

I had a great experience working with this team from start to finish. Sales Rep Falsk was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the entire process, making sure I understood everything before moving forward.
Project Manager Dakota and his crew did an excellent job with the siding installation. The work was completed quickly, but without sacrificing quality. The crew was professional, respectful of my property, and made sure to keep everything clean throughout the project. When the job was finished, there was no mess left behind, which I really appreciated.
Project Coordinator Sarah was also very helpful in keeping everything organized and making sure communication stayed clear throughout the process.
What stood out the most was how the team took the time to address any concerns I had. They were easy to talk to and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

Shane the sales manager was very informative & took time to answer all of my hundreds of questions. Alex's roofing crew did an amazing job with the installation of my beautiful roof and the cleanup was immaculate. They got it all done in one day which was impressive in and of itself, and left the property as good as looked before they arrived. Dylan, the manager, maintained contact and professionalism throughout the entire day, and even went out of his way to show me a little trick to save important emails which I wasn't privy to prior. I couldn't recommend this company enough to anyone looking for a personable, comfortable, and professional installation done to the exterior of their home.

Our experience with Home Genius Exteriors was excellent from start to finish. James, the Sales Representative, was extremely knowledgeable and educational throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and even kept things light with a few jokes, which made the experience much more enjoyable.
Once the project started, Dakota, the Project Manager, and his crew were fantastic. The team arrived ready to work and showed a high level of professionalism and efficiency. They completed our full roof replacement in just about six hours, which was impressive to watch, and the quality of the work really shows.
Dakota kept the project organized and made sure everything ran smoothly while his crew worked quickly but carefully. When the job was finished, the crew did a very thorough cleanup, making sure no debris or nails were left behind and that the property looked just as good as it did before they started.

From the beginning to end Home Genius was awesome. It started with Nick who sold the project, took the measurements were accurate, and delivery an affordable price. Then Sarah who ensured the materials and workmen were scheduled. Drew was my project manager. He was always professional , knowledgeable, friendly when he explained the work process, and addressed any concerns.
