At first there was confusion on whether i needed insulation which was not included.in price qoute, then it turns out insulation was needed which ofcourse increase the price, I suggested give pricing with or without insulation which then you can decide. I feel the company can improve on price qoute, so theres no surprises, other than that the job itself im happy with final results.

The siding on my Greenwich home was horribly outdated. Ive been considering a full replacement for quite some time now. But I had a dilemma. There is a section of my old siding that was sentimental to me. My late brother had installed a section of the siding many years ago and I couldn't bare to remove it from the house. At the time of getting an estimate from Home Genius Exteriors to replace my siding, I made that very clear. Daniel assured me that they would not have to remove that section and that the new siding could go right over my brothers siding, keeping it completely intact. When he told me that, I almost fell out of my chair with excitement and gratitude. That was my only dilemma when it came to replacing my siding. Leading up to the date of installment, another guy Dave kept me updated with it in terms of siding type, color, and date confirmation. My home was built in 1961. From the day I moved in here roughly 15 years ago i always dreamt of getting my siding replaced but I didn't know when I should pull the trigger. What helped me decide was seeing an advertisement on Facebook one day. I decided what the hell I'm going to call them to get an estimate. Let me say the process from when I made that call to now was an eye opening experience. My views of the construction business have dramatically changed because of it. My point of communication Taylor was one of many highlights along the way. He called me with updates, stopped by a lot to make sure everything was going well on the job. The story goes I was approached at my door by a gentleman from your company. His name was Aldwin. He was charming, our roof was aging: the perfect recipe for improvement on our home. A couple days later, I was contacted by a staff member at Home Genius to set up an estimate for my roof. Tyler was our salesman. Tyler was very thorough and he explained things so that we can easily understand what goes into a roof installation. When it was time to have our new roof installed, Taylor our project manager for it called us. We didn't happen to catch his call, but his voicemail that he left was helpful. We understood what was to come the next day. The best part of our entire experience with Home Genius was the crew for sure. They arrived the next morning 7am and they worked until 6pm. Excellent. There is not enough good that I can say about Taylor, Dave, the salesman sean, and especially the crew. Every person I mentioned was so incredibly helpful and really helped me to learn a lot about what I am putting on my home. My house never looked better. The crew worked very hard for 4 days straight. Those guys did not stop, complain, nothing. It shows that they take pride in their work. Home Genius has a great warranty too. Can't get better than them

Everything went well with my experience using Home Genius Exteriors. I'm very happy with the outcome. The work was impressive. The communication was excellent. The crews were extremely clean throughout the projects which surprised me considering the amount of debris that is apparent during something like this. FYI for anyone considering Home Genius, I got my roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia replaced. Everything looks brand spanking new.

Overall a good experience made better by Taylor the project manager. Because even though there were some things that slipped through the cracks during my installation, they were promptly taken care of. Materials were left on the property for a few extra days were picked up immediately upon my follow up request. Because of that specifically, to my surprise, Taylor showed up with some grass seed which I did not ask for but I was very appreciative of it! Little things like that shows that they care. And that alone made me feel like Home Genius can be trusted. Quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My siding looks fantastic.

I contacted Angis list for a company that can replace my roof. Home Genius stuck out to me due to their willingness to contact me promptly. A few days passed. Tom from Home Genius came by to give me an estimate. He was very thorough considering he was here from 10-4pm. His presentation was promising and a lot of that time was to finalize things. My job was scheduled quickly. A project manager named Taylor contacted me before the day of my installation to make sure i was still good to start this project. The crew was professional, they took many pictures during the installation so that i can see what they did. My only issue, small issue, was the language barrier when speaking with the crew but Taylor had informed me if I needed anything to call him and that was very helpful. All in all, things went smooth, everyone was a joy to deal with. Taylor was helpful any way that he can be. I would recommend Home Genius Exteriors to anybody looking for a roof replacement.
