My siding did a total 180. Our house is old!! We needed the replacement for a long time. This company provided us an excellent experience throughout. We were hesitant at first we weren’t sure if we should jump on the first estimate we received but we felt secure and positive so we decided to sign the dotted line. My roof was replaced by home genius exteriors. It looks really well and the crew worked hard. We were tested with monsoon type rain and all seems well. I will say the job wasn't without hurdles. We ended up getting a quick storm during the installation. There ended up being some interior damage which was actually fixed pretty quickly by the crew on a different day of that week. So that was okay. I have a new garage ceiling painted and all. The other major hurdle was when they tore off the roof it turned out there was additional plywood to replace which cost me more money. At the end of the day there's a new roof over my head. I would still recommend home genius despite the eventful journey it took to reach the end.

We love the way our new siding turned out. It was nice to be able to see the home on a virtual view with our siding choices before moving forward. We knew exactly what we were going to get, and in the end it was exactly what we wanted! We also appreciate how easy it was to start the process, secure financing, and make adjustments along the way to get the job done. We also love that it comes with a 50 year warranty for our forever home!

I?m very happy with the appearance of my roof and the warranty. The clean up was top notch. There were a couple of nails leftover but they were in unnoticeable places. Considering there were probably 1,000 nails that came off my roof, they did great. The price is high compared to other companies but I got what I payed for. I now have a very efficient ventilation system, ice and water shield to prevent ice damming, a breathable underlayment, and copper infused shingles. Btw the warranty is 50 years AND transferable. Again, I?m very happy with my new roof.

Good group of workers. They were tremendous and finished installing my new roof quickly. It rained hard for a few days after the work was done and we haven’t spotted anything of concern. My solar panels are up and running. They were removed by another great crew before the install of my roof and put back after the roof finished. My only gripe is the lack of communication on site during the roof installation. By that I mean there was a language barrier. Taylor did stop by during the day to check on things which then I was able to communicate with him. He was great and able to help any way that he could with any of my questions. I’d recommend them and even use them again for sure.

Wow, how great is the crew?? They die a phenomenal job from start to finish. The got to my house on time, in fact they were early. They got to work immediately because the roof material and dumpster were here the day before they started. All members did not stop until the roof was finished in ONE day. They took a lunch which is expected, but they did not loosen up at all. The project manager Taylor has been very accessible by phone or in person. He helped identify key information regarding the project and answered all of my questions. I was skeptical but Home Genius is the real deal.
