The crew who replaced my roof did a great job! They inspected all of the plywood and everything was still in great shape other than one piece of wood needing to be replaced. Had the Home Genius Exteriors team replace our roof, siding and gutters. From start to finish the crew on site was incredible. Communication could have been improved from others who were not on-site but involved in the project - promised texts were not sent when they said they would be. However, when asked questions they were highly responsive. The work looks amazing though and we love it.

Prompt, courageous and provided exactly what I needed. There was little to no insulation nor room in the attic. I priced it out and started to wonder ‘..can I really do this job myself?’ Maybe 10 years ago but the price for Pink blown- in insulation was so good- I couldn’t afford not to have Home Genius Exteriors do the job. I am so happy to see that beautiful sea of pink insulation. Kudos

Beginning with my first appointment with sales representative Shane I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently every step of the process was conducted. Shane arrived for our appointment 30 minutes ahead of schedule and then offered to “go get us something to eat since I’m a bit early.” That style of communication courtesy mixed with light humor, was on display for the entire 90 minute meeting. Shane’s knowledge of the company, his direct gaze while listing all the key options I was afforded, and his engaging manner dispelled any possible effort to come across as A salesman and instead came across as an expert in his field (a point he mused might assist him in receiving the company’s rookie of the year title for 2026.) They came to replace my siding and did an amazing job, they came on Wednesday (finished Thursday) and got started. The installation process was very smooth, the crew worked very hard and kept a clean job site. They made many suggestions regarding any number signs and lights I may have wanted to change, they really do care and pay attention to detail.
