This was a total replacement of our siding. The workmen were so efficient, fast. The manager came out the first day, say our windows did not need refinished saving a substantial amount. Could have ignored this keeping the money, but did not. So ethical. The house is beautiful.

I am beyond impressed with the work done by Home Genius Exteriors. From start to finish, the entire process was defined by a level of professionalism that is hard to find these days.
The speed of service was incredible; they handled the project efficiently without ever cutting corners. A huge standout was my project manager, whose communication skills were truly outstanding. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, and they made sure all my questions were answered before I even had to ask them.
As for the result—my new Onyx Black Owens Corning roof looks absolutely wonderful. It has completely transformed the curb appeal of my home. Plus, having the Platinum warranty provides so much confidence in the longevity of the work. If you want a team that is fast, professional, and delivers a premium result, I can’t recommend them enough!

Patrick for my sales rep was very knowledgable & did not use crummy fear mongering tactics while also giving me a realistic assessment & no pressure quote on my roof replacement. My roof was 20+ years old & required full OSB on top. Hunter my project manager was very transparent & kept me in the loop consistently as the project unfolded & helped me update the financing (due to full OSB adding labor & product) with zero hassle. The workers themselves were very nice and courteous. I felt fully informed & had a dialogue from initial appointment setup to project completion. I will definitely use them again in the future for other projects!

Updated Review November 2025: Upon my previous concerns, HGE escalated my project to Hunter, who took care of everything with great professionalism. Any issues were resolved and the work is as expected. I'm a much happier client now! Review October 2025: I previously had a great experience with HGE (see original review below), so much so that I recommended HGE to my boyfriend (at the time, we are now married). He also had a great experience, so when we were preparing to list my husbands home and found ourselves needing to replace a deck roof that started leaking and replace some trim, we went straight to HGE. This time has been a terrible experience. Our project manager was different and just horrible. The crews cancelled on him more than once, his communication was severely lacking, and the work was subpar, far below our previous experiences. Big disappointment. Galvanized Gutters - Repair
Never again. They were SO pushy. Guy wouldn?t leave our house for 2 hours trying to talk us into a much larger gutter job than we needed, while only one critical stretch of gutters were in urgent need of re-routing. That was too little of a job, apparently, until the guy ?talked with the boss? about a deal for the very next day. We said sure (mostly just to get him to leave), and the guy created a gutter plan. The next day, a CLEARLY contract crew showed up, didn?t even know what the gutter plan was and didn?t speak English so it was hard to tell him what to do since I myself didn?t even know the technicality of it all. Had their own branded truck, NOT Home Genius. Then they didn?t include 2 of the elements that were needed (and paid for) AND didn?t put in flashing correctly. 2 years later and a corner still drips from some shoddy job they did and supposedly fixed after original install. Then the company went through a phase of calling me 3 times a day from 100 different numbers. NO!

My wife and I were very pleased with the job that Home genius did with the hardy board on our house. Hunter was a great project manager, and the two workers he had here worked very hard each and every day we are very pleased with the results of the project and think our house looks great. Hunter was very easy very easy to get a hold of and was always responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend using Home Genius and Hunter as your project manager.
