Deck or Porch - Repair
Met with Tommy from Home Glow on 9/4/19 to get an estimate to replace our porch. After hiring them and putting down our 50% deposit there were multiple hang-ups. First, it was the permits, then when that was supposed to finally be settled they never showed up to do the job on 10/9/19. One day it was they were short a guy and would start tomorrow and then they never showed up. We never heard from Tommy again. Emails, phone calls, and voice mails all went unanswered. Our only way of getting our money back was through disputing with our credit card company. Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor, thankfully we found someone actually capable of doing the work.
