Ordered a custom acrylic template from him. He "attempted" twice to ship it to me but apparently there were shipping issues. He said if he couldn't resolve them, he would refund me my money. Two months later, I can't get him to respond to any messages, texts or phone calls. Looking at his other reviews here, seems to be a recurring theme.

I have been following Tyler on Instagram for some time now and really enjoyed watching him on his builds. After about a year of following him, I commissioned him to make me some acrylic templates. I paid for these templates on November 2nd 2022. His site claims you will receive it within a week and if you spend over $100 it is free shipping. As soon as I paid, I noticed I ended up paying for the shipping but because I realized he is a small business, and it was the holiday season I told myself it was okay and moved on. 10 days went by and on Nov 12th I reached out to Tyler asking him if he could confirm my order and if he could also confirm it shipped. He explained that he was having some shipping issues but had it dialed in and to let him know if the package showed up. On November 25th I reached back out letting Tyler know I did not receive anything yet and provided proof of purchase. His response was I should have received it by now and he will look into it. On December 1st I tried to reach out to Tyler again by phone call but instead of answering he messaged me back on Instagram saying he just left the UPS fulfillment center and my package was there damaged and missing a template so he would make a new one and send them out and get back to me. On December 3rd I sent a message asking him for any updates, nothing in response. December 7th messaged him again asking him for an update and got the same response about having issues with UPS and pickups but he was going to go down and get the package in the mail himself and even provided his personal phone number to contact him directly. December 19th and December 20th I reached out again and no response. On December 21st he finally responded to a text I sent to his personal number and he told me I should have received the package and an email with a tracking number. None of that came through on my end and he asked me for all of my information again that I provided weeks ago. That evening I was so frustrated with the way Tyler conducts business that I just asked him for a full refund and on December 22nd he said he would process it. Here it is January 9th and he still has not confirmed that he processed my refund. I will never give this kid my business again
