    Siding replaced but warped again within 6 months. I called owner Rick McKeen who came to look at it. He said the sun caused problem but it was only 6 months over the winter. He finally agreed to replace siding. That was in April or May of 2024. There followed a long string of text messages between him and me where he stated that the siding would be replaced but he made repeated excuses; ie illness of worker, bad weather, smokey conditions, conflict with other project, fender bender, need new van, death in worker's family. Finally I lost patience and texted him about nearly 6 months of excuses. On 10-11-2024 I asked him when the worker was coming out and I have not heard from him since. Also in the beginning the sales rep told me one of the reasons why the price was so high for a small area of work was that I had to buy a large sheet of vinyl and that I would have the leftover vinyl after the project. That did not happen. Nor did I receive any paperwork on the product warranty itself

    We went and did the repair the first time and told her it would do the same thing.the heat from the window was causing the vinyl to buckle.she called back wanted it fix again told her we would fix but on our time being we were not going to charge for the second repair and not give a discount we made 4 trips out to her complaints the repair is done and this is what home guard exteriors gets for fixing it. this will happen again if she doesnt put diffrent siding up which we told her in the first place. The window reflects the heat. We did all we could do but not happy

    I need custom screens for 4 windows. They gave an estimate of $1500. That is a lot of money for 3 windows and a sliding glass door, but we wanted to make sure they were done right. After 3 months we still do not have screens. They finally came to install them yesterday and the first one did not fit. We asked for a refund of our $800 But they are not answering phone calls; and the address on their paperwork. Is a dog groomer. After leaving 20 or more messages they finally called and said I need to give them more time to get it right

    The screens were custom made and showed up a couple weeks longer than exspected we went to install and one didnt fit fit so the customer called my installer all kinds of F words and would not let him see if the rest of them fit or not slammed the door in his face i called on saterday to let her know it was a manufacturer mistake and we would be more than happy to get it replaced we wanted to see if the others ones were wrong so we could do all at the same time she has called all of are numbers dozens of times over the weekend leaving very nasty words and demands for a refund that will not happen we have no problem sending them back and having rebuilt. for the address when the pandemic hit we closed down that office and moved to our homes which we have 2 locations 1 in vancouver and 1 in happy valley we also have a post office box we are not going to refund but will gladly fix the problem she is her own enemy

    Rick is a real professional! He is very knowledgeable and patiently explained the process to me. His installers were on time, friendly, professional and respectful. This whole project was completed on time and within budget. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Donâ t believe the negative remarks. This business is all that and more.

    I hired this company to replace the siding on our barn with metal. They were prompt at getting us on their schedule but their work was a bit amateurish. None of the screws were in line, they left screw holes in the new tin, the sliding doors they installed do not close or line up properly. I have contacted them multiple times to get these things corrected but it has been 6 months now with no action. I am a bit frustrated with their lack of customer service.

    My job was not a big one so I know these guys weren't getting rich off it but they treated it like it was a big job. Mike was very helpful and was not only not late but early, which he checked to see if that was ok. Mike and Danny were both very professional but still really easy to talk with, no question too dumb. Job turned out great, very fast, on budget and generally a good experience. I would/will definitely hire them again and recommend them to anybody who asked.

    I have a tremendous amount of plants around my home I was amazed how carefully they worked around them and at the end of the job not 1 plant was damaged.
