The quality of work is so clean and nice! There was always communication during this busy time of year for the project! Jordan was on top of things and completed the job! This company continues to be on the top of my list! I highly recommend! They have reasonable and competitive prices for the job!

I had a great customer experience with this company. They surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

Solid customer service, quality product delivered. The crew was on site for one day to demo the old staircase and create the attached. They showed great care in the quality of their construction (craftsmanship) and cleaned up their sawdust and materials from the old staircase along with cuttings from the new staircase installation. Scheduling was a little interesting - as it was a one day gig and weather for outdoor construction creates challenges, the original planned day shifted out, but then bounced back to sooner. Overall a terrific experience as I was informed all along the way. Luis and Jordan are top notch.

Without question, HomeGuard is, in our opinion, the worst contractor we've ever worked with. At first they seemed knowledgable, kind, and genuinely interested in doing the work, but after signing the contract, they began work with a crew they later told us (after finally replacing them) had had a string of poor quality. The second crew continued doing cleanup by complaining that the first crew messed up and asked us if we wanted solution a or solution b (neither of which involved replacing the damaged materials and doing it correctly). They came out multiple times but in fixing one issue, created others. What was supposed to take less than a week took over 4 months, and resulted in a poor quality deck, damage to our landscaping from materials left in our yard, and a threat from HomeGuard of a lawsuit if we did not pay in full, despite never suggesting any intent not to pay. They also ghosted us on completing a warranty claim. We filed a complaint with DPOR (and were informed by their investigators that we are not the only ones). I wish we knew before signing with them that several positive reviews on google appeared to have been written by employees or family members. Poor quality and even delays and bad customer service, but dishonesty cannot be tolerated. We cannot recommend Jordan and his team.
