This wonderful company put in a French drain and sump pump in our basement. All the work was fully explained in layman's terms and all questions answered. Just before they were to start work, my husband was hospitalized and had to have surgery. Glen was understanding, called to check on my husband's condition and how my family was. We were finally able to have the work done and they helped us with many obstacles, always caring, always professional. There was no mess afterward, they cleaned up nicely. We are so happy to have chosen Glen and his team and recommend them highly.

If you are looking for a company that truly treats your home and you family like their own, then Home Healthy Homes is the company you want to hire. Glen is very patient and clear and concise on what needs to be done and worked with me on pricing which made me feel like family. He got his team to remediate almost immediately and now my basement smells, looks, and feels cleaner and mold free. He also gave me the best tips on how to maintain my basement at an optimal humidity to avoid growing mold again. I highly recommend this company and will call on Glen again if I ever need these services in the future. Thank you Glen and Home Helathy Homes!!

Glenn was very informative in his first meeting. He wanted to be sure we understood the problem and the solution and was totally up front about the extent of the job. After we set a work date, they answered the many questions we had on how to prep. Including returning a call on a Sunday. The remediation team was prompt and hard working. They moved everything. Cleaning in, around and under everything. The kitchen cupboards looked new. I had no idea there was mold on them. There were a couple of things they missed and came back immediately to clean and re-fog. They were also clear about what our responsibilities were to make Glens job effective. We removed and washed all clothing, curtains, towels and sheets. Even things in storage. We wiped down all shoes and boots. Everything was bagged after cleaning and moved to off site storage until after the remediation was complete. We also purchased 3 dehumidifiers as recommended by Glen. Both Glen and the team leader emphasized that humidity and dust are the perfect formula to grow mold. It is now up to us to not get into this situation again. That being said, I asked several times what to continue cleaning with. It was recommended to use nothing with water. I was to use Clorox or hydrogen peroxide. However both have water. Hydrogen peroxide comes in 3% or 12% which is referred to as food safe. Plus you canâ t use Clorox on wood. There was no clear answer on what products to clean with on going. Iâ ve read a lot of labels and done a lot of web research since then and find almost everything has water. So just what do I use? Iâ ve read that vinegar is also a good mold cleaning product so Iâ ve been using that. On wood furniture I will continue to use wood cleaning products such as pledge like products to remove the dust and keep mold from growing. Glenn and team did a really good mold remediation job. We have some big furniture and they moved it all (even an antique armoire) to clean around and under it. They cleaned inside all drawers. They ran their air cleaners for two more days. They effectively eliminated the mold in our house. I really feel they did a great job and I would recommend them.

They also put in a drain, dehumidifier and sump pump and a French drain around the foundation - quick, professional, courteous
