Work was completed in time. Workers did not show consideration for other peoples living spaces.

The final job turned out OK, but these guys made a mess out of the entire house during demolition of a small bathroom in one corner of the house. They punched holes into both neighboring bedrooms, too. Also, they ignored several specific requests that I had made regarding finishing details, some of which were not reversible. Finally, the shower door had a pretty bad leak, which required three returns to my house before they got it fixed. On the positive side, they worked pretty fast, most of the workmanship was OK, and the price was very reasonable.

Project took much longer than anticipated. Some details were missing...they are the pros and we feel should have offered more suggestions. They work clean, cover all work areas. Mud in shower settled twice and floor had to be replaced to get rid of standing water. Problems immediately corrected. Detail on shower seat edge doesn't have a finished look. We would get more detail in contract if we use them again. We would consider using Home Image again. One needs to have more detail as to how much I have to go pick out and pay for...husband felt we did to much running that they are the experts and should have samples or catalogs on whats available.

My minor remodel turned into a major project, funny how that happens. The initial project was to tile my tub area. While taking down the shower curtain I found the floor rotted between the tub and toilet. The perfect chance to gouge me for a ton. I'm happy to say that wasn't the case. The estimate to repair the floor and dry wall was more than reasonable and I ended up tiling the floor to match the tub area. Home Image worked around my schedule which was hectic. All debris was cleaned up and taken care of. A minor flaw found was fixed promptly.

Things went very smoothly overall, and it was done relatively quickly as well. We had some soffit work done as well as a little bit of drywall work, as well as new cabinets, granite countertops, hardwood floors...basically everything. All in all a great value, and working with Carlo's folks was terrific--friendly, courteous, and kept everything neat and tidy even during construction.

Overall it was an ok experience, I felt there was a good amount of miscommunitcation between me and Carl. When Carl came to the house he was very polite and profesional. But unfortunatley he isn't the one that was in my house doing the actual work. His workers were not polite and didn't seem to care about keeping the job/house clean. The tile work was good but everything else less than par. This experience will make me do more research on future remodels in my home.

We are just starting the actual remodeling. So far everything has been great!

We are totally satisfied with the bathroom remodeling project. Carl is very quality conscious and he and his entire crew did a wonderful job. We will hire them again if and when we are ready for further home improvements.

Carl performs top-notch work. Highly recommended. Don't let the "fair" rating discourage you from hiring Carl. Any other contractor would have been a "very poor."
