Steve and his team were professional, respectful and communicated effectively. Steve and his team also patched my steps and did minor repairs to the roof. As a landlord residing in another state I felt confident about the process as Steve sent me pictures of every step of the job. Steve also sent pictures after the job was completed. Steve and his team did a good job with the clean up. My tenant was very satisfied with the completed projected and his interaction with Steve and the crew. Not only did they repair a roof which was repaired three times but, they repaired cracked stucco on the side of the house. I am very happy with the work they did, the time it took them to complete the work and the cost of the work.

Steve was very professional. He responded immediately to my request for a quote, and when he came he took the time to explain each step in the process. He was patient in answering questions from my .daughter and myself. On the day the work was done, he and his crew arrived on time ready to work. They worked diligently even though it was very hot outside. He went above and beyond in delivering what he promised, and he made sure his crew cleaned up afterward. I am looking forward to having him come back next year for our next project.

Steve and his guys are very professional and respectful. Have gone above and beyond every time. Right from the beginning I was impressed as I had called about 15 companies and he was the only one that answered his phone immediately and I didn't have to wait for a phone call back. We hired them for a foundation for our shed and a couple months later for a huge slab for our under-deck patio. Both times they kept in contact as far as start dates and any changes that needed to be made due to weather. They did amazing work; always finished on time and cleaned up nicely. Steve has been honest in his advice; he looks out for your budget and wants you to be happy with the work. He gave quotes promptly and most times right on the spot and pricing was always fair. I will definitely hire them again for more work in the future, and have already referred them to several of our friends and family.

Very professional from start to finish. Kept us informed, taking pics of every part of the job. We kept in touch over the phone throughout the day. Everything was fine except that the work got postponed by a day due to rain and I had to call the company to see why they were not there on time. (Although I figured out it was due to rain, but still it would have been nice if they called me first to let me know they were coming the next day.) Other than that, no complaints ��� the work was done well and efficiently.

Everything was going well until the end when the men did not connect the leader to the house and the rain flooded the apartment. They left trash in the front yard and the back yard including the neighbors yard. I have been calling and texting them to clean up and they do not answer. There is damage to two screens, the balcony and the back door of this building. They have been paid up to 90% but they will not get the rest of the money.

I found workers to be thorough, polite and knowlegeable about the repairs. Pricing was reasonable and showed insurance certificate when I asked for it.

I hired BI Construction to do some repairs on my roof. They were accommodating to my schedule, and their workmanship was superb. I don't know that they do this for everyone, but I paid my full balance after two full rain cycles! They allowed me to test out their work before I paid - true confidence in their work. I'd highly recommend them for the job.

Professional ,thorough & reasonable price

They came when they said they would. Gave a very fair price for the work. Very quick and perfect job, with a great cleanup. They scraped ,and patched cement walls around the foundation, as well as repaired collapsing porch walls. Excellent. Hired them again to do scraping and repainting of metal work around the house, as well as repair a damaged aluminum awning. Highly recommended!!!!
