Our experience with Home Improvement Masters was outstanding! Mr Craig and his team did an amazing job adding the addition to our home. He was also able to get our entire roof replaced through an insurance claim and we were able to get a brand new roof. We upgraded from a builders grade three tab shingle to a more appealing architectural shingle, as well as replace a few of the gutters. Also the crew did an amazing job with cleaning up the work site after they were finished and left everything immaculate. Home improvement masters did an incredible job with our chimney chase repairs. They provided a detailed estimate, details for change orders, showed up on time, provided lots of before and after pictures, and did great detail oriented work. The company performs work on small and large home renovation work. Craig was very prompt and kept me updated on his schedule and lead times on material/equipment. At least one wanted to replace perfectly good double picture windows. Home Improvement Masters (HIM) was the first respond to my search inquiry that had a solution which did not require replacing windows that were perfectly good. When I received HIMâ s proposal I was a bit stunned at the level of thoroughness in the proposal and, frankly, the price. But the customer reviews I found were excellent and, after talking with the owner, I ultimately decided to go with HIM. I was not disappointed. Not only did HIM repair frames around most of my windows they found several other dry rot and maintenance issues and fixed them. HIMâ s workmanship was excellent. They were hard working, diligent, on time, and extremely neat. They listened to my needs and were very cooperative in making adjustments as the work proceeded. The bottom line for all the work saved me about 40% below the cost two other bids I received for window replacements only. Needless to say it was worth every penny I paid them. I fully expect to use HIM again and I would not hesitate to recommend HIM to anyone.
