I had my kitchen cabinets refaced and new pullouts and drawers installed by Kitchen Options, Inc. The team was friendly and professional. They arrived as scheduled and cleaned up each day when they left. They even finished the project ahead of schedule! I am very happy with the results. My kitchen looks beautiful!

From beginning to end very helpful, kept contact, and the tech did a great job. We love how it turned out.

Updating my experience: So it is day 3 of the installation and our installer (Ryan) is doing a great job!! I mean he is so polite and he is dealing with a very old kitchen with lots of problems. I stand by all I wrote before about the very unprofessional job this company did of notifying us of supply chain problems. However having great installers like Ryan is definitely changing my opinion. changed to 3 stars, will update when job is done. So, we got a great sales pitch at one of the home shows. Did a couple of comparison quotes - Kitchen Options wasn't the cheapest but we loved their professional demeanor. And then it all went so badly. they scheduled the job to start on Monday October 10. We emptied our kitchen and were all ready. Nobody showed. We called - it was Columbus day nobody answered. So called the next day and owner told us he was so sorry that nobody had called us but materials delayed and install would now be done on Nov 28. My wife called them today and now the date is December 5. A timely phone call from these guys would have saved me numerous business appointments that I'm now rescheduled for the 3rd or even 4th time. I guess my next stop is the AG to see if I can force them to give me my money back. Getting a lawyer will only make the lawyer rich. I'll check back in after December 5 to see if I got anything better to say. As of now, I'd say stay as far away from this company as you can.

I highly recommend Kitchen Options. They also put a pantry in and a new sink. Love my new kitchen!

I used Kitchen Options to reface my cabinets, replace my counter tops and remove the tile and add a new backsplash I love the results of my new Kitchen Tracy the sales Representative was great. She walked me through all the steps and time frame and The Who would be doing each stage. Shawn removed the old backsplash and replaced it with submarine tile that I had picked out from a Tile shop he had sent me to. The new backsplash looks amazing. Keith and Jenn did the cabinet refacing and they did a great job. They were very respectful of our home and worked great together and when they left each day the kitchen was clean. I won’t forget Melissa she was great answering all my questions and reassuring me of steps and handling all my calls Thank you all. We love our kitchen and have gotten so many compliments on the work and how great it all looks.

Excellent work! They focus on detail! Couldn't be happier with the results even after several obstacles along the way. At times, communication could be improved, but overall a good experience.

Mike F has been great to work with throughout this project. He designed a simple galley kitchen in my daughter's "new" 100-yr old house, which had no functioning kitchen when she bought it in Dec '21. We had several designs and bids, and his estimate was the quickest (within 48 hrs of his site visit), his design the most appealing, and his price and approach was very fair, clear and generous. He worked with us to keep the price down without sacrificing quality, and he partnered with a great countertop/sink outfit to add some additional positive features. He has been solid and honest at every step of the process. In addition, his cabinet installer (Mike G) was highly skilled, interesting, focused and eager to assist in every way possible. I've already spoken to Mike F about phase 2 of the kitchen renovation! Highly recommended!

Mike did a great job at designing the kitchen, He was able to really open up the kitchen and fully utilize the entire space, previously I had a lot of unused "dead" space. His contractor, Aaron was awesome! He did a great job with the installation. He was 100% dedicated to doing everything correctly and not cutting any corners. He was always willing to explain his process. He also made a few suggestions to help improve on the space that I hadn't previously considered. He's also great with dogs which was a bonus. Overall great experience dealing with Mike and Aaron. I will be reaching out to them for all future projects,

Overall, Kitchen Options, Inc. was great. Mike did a beautiful design and the subcontractors were friendly, efficient, and ensured my home was clean when I arrived home from work. Quality of he work was superb.
