My wife and I recently needed to get our kitchen redone. Scott Reno and Neal Matos were friendly and communicative?.. in the beginning. The first red flag should have been when they wanted the $25k payment in cash instead of credit. Once, the work was done is when everything went wrong. I inspected the work to make sure it was good only to find a couple of the cabinets didn?t have shelves. The shelves that were put in were put in upside down. One of the pull-out drawers that was put into the pantry was installed incorrectly to the point that the pantry door doesn?t fully close. The transfer strip separating the kitchen tile from the dining room floor was installed incorrectly, they used one for a rug instead of hardwood. Various chips in the paint on the new cabinets. They used caulk for the countertops near the wall instead of silicone like we requested which has already started to crack and come apart. All easily fixed, however once the work was done they ghosted me.
