Richard East responded to my appointment request within an hour and while my nerd wasn't urgent it was very nice to know how quickly I could have had service when necessary. RJ arrived in time and listened to my explanation of the sounds the furnace was making and cleaned it. She checked a number of things he told me and I've since forgotten. The furnace is a bit quieter which was the result we hoped for. He left information on service packages which we will take advantage of. If there was any sort of con to the service it's that our basement carpet needed to be cleaned after he left but who has white carpet in the basement anyway ;-). I will absolutely call Richard East again and would recommend them to anyone.

This repairman came out on a saturday and fixed my furnace, and now it's working better then it ever was, and charged me half of what others would have charged, he explained every thing he was doing, if you ever need a repairman please call this company, you can't go wrong, very knowledgeable of the work he's doing.
