A bit more expensive and I didnâ t like the tech didnâ t have a business card but I felt he was honest so I went with them. No problems.

Shawn is a knowledgeable and experienced home inspector who checks whole house carefully in a very hot day. It took him three more hours. He send the detail report in same day that is helpful to deal with builder's warranty in timely fashion. I highly recommend this business,

He was very thorough and answered our questions. We actually are hiring him again, because we terminated on the first house because the owner did not want to fix the critical problems on the inspection objection. We are relieved that we had an inspector we could talk too.

Shawn is a true professional. He's a one-man show, but he still makes sure to give you the time it takes to do the job right. I did drop .5 stars because there were a couple things he wasn't able to comment on due to the complicated heating system our home has. However, I wasn't surprised, and figured I would need to hire a specialist for that. I haven't seen his report yet, but I expect it will be done just as well as his inspection was. The only criticism I had was that he wasn't very prepared when it came to tools. The batteries were dead in his tablet and IR camera. I only have issue with this because we were his first inspection of the day. We had to hop-scotch around a little while we waited for tools to charge. As for cost, he is more than reasonable. He almost seemed surprised when I told him I wanted him to do the Radon inspection too. Shawn may be one of the worst salesmen I've ever met, but he is a great inspector and his customer care skills are incredible!

He took his time no rush he checked everything from the garage to the attic, and all ways keep me inform as to his findings, he even educated me about the furnace and hot water of things that I didn't know, I would recommend inspector Shawn from Home Inspection with out hesitating to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Unfortunately my inspector did not take his heavy duty boots off and scratched my beautiful cherry wooden floor in the kitchen - about 4 inches long one ugly scratch- which is NoT making me happy!!!
