Steve at East Home Inspections is a great guy to work with and he’s helped me out with several property inspections over a couple of years and I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to leave him a review! He’s been super flexible, has a great eye for details and knows his stuff!

Absolutely the worst home inspector I have ever seen. Unprofessional service . Every item in my home he said was a problem was in fact no issue at all. He broke the gfi plug in the kitchen and didn’t have the integrity to report it.He doesn’t even know what a properly installed ground on a water heater or electric panel should look like. He just put down both didn’t have a ground. Totally incompetent Didn’t check the HVAC or heater for the pool or hot tub. I am reporting this person to the county
