They were great! Very thorough and experienced! Provided images of issues and descriptions. Gave great advice and was very friendly! If I had anything to say and it is a tough one, it s that I would ve liked a more thorough inspection of the crawl space and attic. I know it s a tough place to be but those are very important sections to have inspected in a home. Other than that, awesome experience and very happy with them!! Definitely suggest using their services!

"The crawlspace inspection was thorough. A photo of foundation wall, piers and beams and plumbing was provided. The attic however was low height which under the inspection standards of practice and accessibility the attic inspection was restricted to the hatch. The home was small so at least 80% of the attic was viewable."

Jimmy IS AWESOME!! We had a very unusual experience with the seller and their agent which led to having to reschedule our inspection three times due to the lack on the seller's side of verifying that the water was on for the inspection. Jimmy was very professional during the process and patient with us in handling the unforeseen delays. When the inspection did finally happen, he was thorough, his report was detailed and it included recommendations for either replacement or repair. I felt embarrassed that we had to reschedule several times but overall it showed myself and my husband the caliber of Jimmy's professionalism and strong work ethic to get the job done right!

A home buyer who searches for a home inspector based solely on price is usally dissapointed in the detail or quality of the inspection report or has issues with the home not reported by the home inspector. When searching for a home inspector first search the inspectors qualifications, years in business and their online reviews. Then when you have a pool of top inspectors you can decide by their inspection fee."

"The home was a new build, 2018. There was numerous items of poor workmanship and improper construction. The roof of the home must not have been properly inspected by the local building inspector because there was numerous issues with the roof. It just goes to show that everyone should get a home inspection even on a new home."
