Complete Home Inspection
Don arrived early to the property. He spent more time on the inspection than I expected and seemed very thorough. He was reasonably priced and the report was promptly available and detailed with many photos. I would recommend Don to homebuyers looking for a quality inspector.

Don is a very professional, detail oriented individual. He called me super fast to get things started which I loved. He cleared up any concerns I had prior to my home inspection. He was also super fast in responding to any concerns/issues. He showed up earlier than the expected time showing me that he is really committed, serious and responsible to his duties. He covered every inch of the home, took his time, and I was so satisfied with the detailed 100 page report he provided! I highly recommend Don, he goes above and beyond in everything he does. Wonderful experience. Don was very thorough and informative as to what was expected when inspecting the property. Not only was Don extremely knowledgeable, he took his time and did it right! He checked every single thing I could imagine about the house I am buying. Buying a house is a big step in life and having an inspector that is thorough and knows what he is doing makes a buyer feel much more comfortable with the investment. Don Lee. Very friendly and flexible. Phone call and date set for service was a breeze. His prices are dead on to what I was told the values should be around. Date of service. Showed up on time(15 mins early). Very informational and still friendly. Even after the job was done he stayed behind an extra 30 mins just to go over the inspection and everything he found. Also answered questions about the things I was curious about and worried about. Choose Don!
