I don't think anyone could be more thorough with a home inspection than John. He caught and inspected things I wouldn't even think of. He showed up early and when we got there, he was already taking aerial pictures of the roof with his drone. Incredibly professional and courteous, it was so easy to schedule an appointment. The inspection report he sent was incredibly detailed and covered absolutely everything. Top notch in every category and would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him for anyone who needs an inspection done.

Never receive energy audit report that I was promised I would receive two days after the audit was performed. I even reached out to the contractor after 5 days and was told it would be sent again. Now, 12 days after he cashed my check I still have nothing. Use a credit card if you hire him. It's much easier to get a refund that way than if the check is cleared.
