David came out to do my home inspection for my new build home. It is our first year warranty with our home and we wanted to make sure all bases were covered! David was very responsive at first. Due to personal issues, he did not deliver the inspection report by our determined deadline and made it difficult for me to make my inspection objection deadline. It was frustrating because he organized the sewer scope as well, but did not connect me to the sewer company in a timely manner nor pass along the final report. Overall, David did a very thorough job during the inspection and described everything he saw, which I appreciated; but his follow through was not what i needed it to be.

"I had a personal issue come up in life coupled with a tighter than average inspection window. It was a difficult thing to navigate through this with work but I still met all my deadlines. We had miss-communicated about her deadline as well however it was still met. Everyone was aware of the few issues that existed days before the deadline. Thanks for holding that against me."

Ron and Dave were great. Scheduled this over a working holiday weekend, and was able to get prompt responses to schedule at 8am the morning after the holiday. Ron was great, attentive to detail, very friendly, and helped me (as a first time home buyer) in walking me through and explaining all of the things he had spotted. Would hire again.

**DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY** until you ask to see a copy of a previous - RECENT report he has produced. We paid for his services to do a home inspection which he did perform. However, the report he produced was completely unusable and provided no value to us. In addition to this, he miss our deadline, we had to request an extension from the seller and then he gives us a worthless bullet list of items. He also ruined the radon test, by asking the seller to go and check the readings for him. This completely rendered the test invalid. Before the deadline was missed, he was promising we would have the report, as the hours and days went on, we received excuse after excuse. The whole experience was very disappointing and a complete waste of money. We requested a refund as we received no value from his services, but he is unwilling to provide. Find another company for your home inspection. Closing on a house is stressful enough.

"Victoria kept asking for discounts. For $50 she would taken this down but it's the principle. I provided an American Home Inspection Training professional report along with a summary the same report I get 5 star reviews on. They extended their own deadline to makeup for snowfall, so I could go back for free and checkout the roof. I did not miss a deadline. The seller did nothing to the radon test, I tried to save them a couple hours and have him read the # displayed. I don't know how that messes with the reading. Victoria and her Realtor are buddies and simply lying to try and get a refund. They are people who just want everything free in life and expect people to cave to them. Good luck in your future."

David Knudson did a fantastic job inspecting our home. Highly recommend his services. We are planning on selling our home and wanted a "buyer's" inspector perspective. David did just that. He provided me a complete picture of what needed attention now, easy fixes, and those things that I should be prepared to address with the buyers. He spent 3 hours performing the home inspection and checked everywhere. Again, I highly recommend his services.
