I decided not to do the insulation at this time, but I had other jobs and Michael was very professional, helped us select a new replacement for a defective sink, and replaced it for us. He provided great solutions and advice for home repairs.

Homeland insulation had the best price among the 4 estimates that I got. Mike obviously knows about house construction, as he was able to tell me things about my house that I did not know. For every issues that I posed to him, he came up with a workable and cost-effective solution. Mike inspected the entire attic and meticulously sealed all floor penetrations by pipes, flues, lighting & fan fixtures including 14 recessed lights. He installed baffles to insure ventilation after insulation. After Mike has blown in the insulation, we had close to R60 (or 20) evenly for the entire attic. In addition, Mike built a hatch above the garage at my request. He did all of the above with obvious competence and with a pleasant customer-focused attitude. I do recommend them.

I got 4 estimates to insulate my attic. Homeland's was the best. They came when they said they would and did a good job. I paid for R49 but they gave me R60 over much of the attic. And they cleaned up before they left. On top of that, the owner introduced me to a carpenter who helped me install a patio door (or rather I helped him install my door).

I heard about Homeland Insulation from a friend and I asked them to come in and do an evaluation, after they inspected my house, the recommended their radiant barrier insulation system to be installed in my attic , they did a very clean and efficient job, they were in and out fast and clean and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the results, I am saving a lot of money on my pepco bill, my very large house has a very pleasant overall constant temperature and I very seldom use only one of my 3 A/C Heating units. The investment has paid for itself several times over. I am a happy customer

He seemed to do a good job, but seemed to struggle with the project. He also struggled with showing up when he said he would.
