I was so fortunate to hire homelogic for my home project. They did an amazing job on my house in 2019. Jay and his crew did amazing work in an honest, honorable fashion. Their hard work got top dollar for my home on the market. I am currently working in the home improvement industry in Denver and I see terrible, untrustworthy contractors on a daily basis. If you have an opportunity to hire Homelogic, do it.

I can t tell you how grateful I was to use home advisor where I found HomeLogic. Imagine being told by your tenant from out of state, that the 400 sq for click style flooring just installed by your handyman looked like a kid did it. I had only bad luck with this long distance mini remodel. It was supposed to be paint, new flooring and new kitchen counters. I hired people I liked, and trusted them to do what they said they could do. They were good at some stuff, just not everything they said. I should have hired a Pro, like Jay at HomeLogics to begin with. He completely, without arrogance understood what needed to be done, and immediately scheduled to see the job the next day. I had patient tenants, but I really couldn t have one more thing go wrong. I didn t want to hire someone out of desperation, with fear that I would be scammed. Jays 20+ years of experience and reviews from former clients set me at ease. Honestly though, it was really more about how Jay was so professional, but easy to talk to. He didn t make me feel naive and stupid, and understood how important it was to get this job done right, and right now. I not only had him fix the floor, but finish up the whole job, and hired him to doctor up an old shed that my insurance company wanted repaired. He had the right, most creative, long term solution for that job too. I couldn t be happier to have someone to count on when I need peace of mind along with any work I need done. He has the crew of guys to fix, make, build etc... just about anything. That and his amazing work ethic that shines through to his whole team is the reason to hire them. I d hire them for anything. Fair priced too. I tried to go real cheap at first, and that cost me... I ll hired HomeLogics first next time around! This is a true and honest review.

Usually when I hire contractors, it's been when I have a very reasonable timeline. For this project, I had to find someone remodel my parents bathroom due to my father's illness to accommodate his recovery and do it well but on a rather urgent timeline. I met with multiple contractors but I selected HomeLogic because when I met with Jay, he immediately had very detailed ideas to fill in where I needed suggestions and he provided a full detailed bid within 24 hours and met my budget. He responded quickly to my questions and items I needed adjusted in the original proposal. And the work met our timeline and the quality was excellent. I wish every contractor was as easy to work with.

These guys were great! They checked with me often to ensure the design was as I wanted. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend them.
