"thank you for your input, allow me to interject though. We arrived in the time frame that was given I don't see how that is a complaint. Also when a person works with refrigerator component parts they need the make, model and part number of the appliance they would be working on. that being said, it would be imposable for us to have the specific part to your specific fridge with out actually seeing the make, model and part number, so of course we wouldn't have the part on hand. You didn't mention how we drove 2 hour (there and back) to get your specific part so we could fix your appliance that same day, so you wouldn't have to be with out a fridge waiting 3 days for delivery. (did not charge for that). Quick question, if your fridge was still acting up why didn't you give us a call as soon as you noticed something was wrong? its ok, but I believe you need a new fridge. the starter component malfunction and that is what we fixed. like I said, if that doesn't work, if your having the same problem i believe it would be the compressor. sorry your upset at us we will strive to get better"
"Thank you for the feed back. But I?m unclear about the kitchen. We had the sills cut and we were in the process of installing them, they weren?t nailed down. You told us to just go ahead and install them sense they were already cut. The painting and completion would?ve happened that night as well but you didn?t want us to stay. Lastly you wanted us to wait for a few days because you had to work and didn?t want to miss any days witch is understandable. I?m sorry that you feel that our communication was bad , we will continue to work on that. Thank You"
