"Bonnie, had called our office asking for personal care services along with cleaning, we do not do personal care. We are general cleaners only we do not do personal care or home repair, car cleaning and organizing of private belongings, all of which she wanted. Bonnie got extremely upset and demoralizing when we indicated we will not do those services, and to be factual she hung up on us, when we stated we would not do services of a personal caregiver and or repairman."
