I hired this company 4 years ago to paint the exterior of my house. Four years later it still looks great. I will say it was expensive, more than I originally wanted to pay. But the warranty is worth it and it still looks new. They got it done quickly and did a great job. I gave them a 4.5 only because they did a lot of smoking and left the butts all over my yard. I am not a smoker so did not appreciate this. However, I would still recommend this company to others. Great customer service and no fee surprises. They explained everything and very open.

Mark our salesman was great, entertaining, informative, and professional. I was convinced of the value of the system. The installation was done one day later and the team showed me how it worked and stayed until all my questions were answered. It looks great, works great, and we're happy with our purchase!

Had the project done, warranty issues, was a $8,000.00 repair and replace contract. Had a new roof put in and what they replaced, they lied and since 2019, not one phone call. Repair replace on a 1000 Square Foot Home. The warranty is worth NOTHING! Called BBB SINCE they replied they keep a AAA Rating, not that they have to do anything. Fix my house, return phone calls. Look at the BBB complaint, it shows they did nothing but show up on the day we got home from Vacation, to find desperate messages on recorder due to BBB DEADLINE. It would be welcomed if Home Makeover Systems, LLC would come and do warranty work and uphold warranty contract.

A great company with excellent customer service. Phil our sales associate was fantastic. He came to our house Tuesday install was done Thursday! Jay the installer was fantastic. Explained everything he was doing and was neat, clean and the best thing he said after we complimented him on his beautiful job?.I do every job like it was for my mom. OMG who even says things like this anymore! The water is so soft and delicious! Five star company all the way. Thank you Angi for listing them! We would have never known about them!

I am going to give them a call. Our paint job is barely a week old and my husband has noticed chipping, mostly on the window sills. They did a good job and the house looks great but seeing chips after only about a week is disappointing. I am sure they'll make it good.

The work was done in 1 day and I think it was a rushed job. They did not cover my plants and forgot to paint the a/c cage. They promise to come back to do this. and a few other areas.

They were extremely efficient and careful to get the color we wanted. The sales pitch was a little high pressure. This was expensive but will be a good value if the 30 year warranty holds up. Ask me again in 10 or 15 years.
