They installed new windows and trim, a new roof and re-installed siding due to dry rot issues. Communication was clear and to the point. They were trustworthy, efficient, always on time and very polite. Steve was exceptional to work with and very helpful. We will definitely use this company again!

They were all polite, efficient, and tidy from start to finish. The new roof was done to warranty specs as promised and surprisingly fast, followed by new gutters. They even re-installed the year-old Easy-On gutter guards that we removed and cleaned before the job started. We'd absolutely hire Homemasters PDX East again.

Only thing was the material arriving to them kept changing the date on installing.

They were able to complete the job within the time frame that they had estimated. The cost was an additional 400.00 dollars then estimated because of dry rot that could not be seen until the siding was off. They stopped work and notified me of the situation. I was shown the damage and they were able to give me the additional cost without having to wait. The owner, Steve Frick was on site the second day to check the work that was being completed. I was impressed by his professionalism and he is a very welcoming individual. His team were all fantastic that I felt comfortable with. I will be considering Steve and his home masters crew very highly for my next home project. Thank you everyone!

Prompt response to request for quote this project. Cost reasonable. Promised to schedule 3-1/2 wks out max. Ended up being a few days longer. Work done quickly & looked great. Area left clean. Will use this provider again. Only criticism: accustomed to being better updated.

Very personable, clear, efficient. First I had a leaky sky light and fixed it in an emergency situation. Showed pictures of what they found and the rest of the roof. Then proceeded to hire them for roof cleaning. The cost was an easy $100 less than what I expected since it started out as an emergency. I contacted late one evening and they were there by noon the next day! Fast!

My project was done very well, finished ahead of schedule, and accomplished in coordination with a chimney demolition by another crew who installed a gas fireplace insert. Homemasters was flexible with their roof tear off and installation and I have an excellent finished product. I would use them again.
