never recieved parts for my dryer that I paid for. Called him several times and just got lots of excuses and no part or no money returned

When the two "appliance specialists" arrived in a pick-up truck sporting a concrete company's sign on each door, it should have been a "red flag" to me that they might be less than qualified to do complicated electronic diagnosis and repair. I nonetheless allowed them to enter and essentially do an on-the-job training session at my expense...i. e. my time and money. Never, EVER hire these guys for electrical work!! Simply an awful waste of my time and money to do business with them.
