About us
For the past 38 years, I have been in the inspections, operations and maintenance of Class A commercial buildings, school facilities and other miscellaneous types of commercial facilities. With that experience comes a wealth knowledge about the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and safety systems on facilities and how they work individually, as well as, effects on the facility as a whole. Attention to detail and knowing how each of these systems function is an essential part of any inspection, making home inspections a very good fit for my past work experience. I have a mechanical engineering degree, a Class I Thermal Imaging Certification and I am a Council-Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant, CIEC. Our company is based out of Belington, WV and we typically serve North and Central counties of West Virginia, but we are available for all counties in the state.
