Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. Home inspections are not required to be performed by certified or licensed inspectors in the State of Colorado. Anyone can claim to be a home inspector. At HomePRO Inspection Services we believe in the importance of quality home inspections. Our home inspectors are members and graduates of InterNACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) Certified Professional Inspectors (CPI) with a Certified Home Inspector certificate.
