Jerry and Jim worked hard to make this screened porch for us. It was a difficult layout and they were the only ones to actually come up with a feasible design. Every other contractor just wanted to square off the deck and build a lean-to roof. Not what we wanted. The finished product exceeded all our expectations. The work took a lot longer than anticipated, but in the end the room came out great and looks like it was part of the original design of our home.

Working with HomePerfect in the design and implementation of my new kitchen/sunroom addition was a great experience. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable thru the design phase and construction phase. The crew was great and kept such a clean working environment inside and out. They kept to schedule as planned � 3+ months. The workmanship, attention to detail, and final outcome speaks for itself. HomePerfect is A+ in my book!

Jerry spent more time than I expected during the design phase of the project to ensure that we had a clear idea of options available. He was responsive to a concern about budget and readily agreed to work within a ceiling amount to return a value project. Workmanship is very good to excellent.

Planning was fine however it was downhill from there. The cost was above what we targeted. Although the final product appears fine the project took way too long to complete and we essentially had to be our own contractors. The company head, Jerry,is way too hands off and has no idea what is going on at his own job sites unless you call to update him. He has too few workers to carry out the number of jobs and there are stretches where literally nothing is done. we had to redo or hire other people to complete aspects after extended waiting. You pay a premium price but do not get the attention and service that is implied.

I will be starting the project very soon. I would like to update the ratings in the future.

The design service was great! The general contractor was also very good, but some of the subs were not as careful, clean, considerate or timely as I would have liked. There was a long delay waiting for the drywall work to get done. However, the GC tried very hard to communicate well with me. I would use these guys again.

We waited 3+ months for the start of construction, then the company started later than promised without notifying us of reasons for any delay. Once the job started, however, the quality of workmanship and professionalism were excellent. and the people were considerate, fair easy to deal with. We definitely would hire them again and would recommend them to others.
