Expensive. Billed a high rate than agreed to on the phone. Failed to perform edging on lawn as agreed to. Wanted to charge additional for edging.

"This client called us for recurring service on a rental property, with an overgrown lawn & accepted our quote. Edging was not done on 1st visit & client canceled service before 2nd visit. We told client that a 1 time service usually cost more but we did offer to do edging at no extra charge"

Based on the feedback from my wife, they showed up on time and did a very good job of mowing the lawn. The person my wife talked to regarding the future arrangements was very cordial and behaved very professionally. The fees are very reasonable.
