Good experience, just never had this done before so not sure how to rate.

This company was our "second opinion" on the project, and they not only cut the price in HALF or better, they also provided better explanations as to why we should choose one project over another to better control our heating and cooling costs. We ended up going with an attic fan rather than more insulation at this point.

The project took much longer than projected and cost more than I was told in the beginning.

A professional job. In and out in an hour.

They were able to work with me while I was out of town and gave me a qoute based on the information I was able to supply them. When I got back in town they came out to check and make sure the qoute was correct and inspect the area where the insulation was going to be added. The quote was right on and they came out the following day to blow in the insulation. Very friendly and helpfull and I could feel a difference right away. Thank you gentleman, great job.

They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The solar screens I was promised have not arrived yet. Left a message but have not received a return phone call.

Good company interested in giving customer service. Knowledgeable salesman very straight forward. Just finished installation and radiant barrier today. Would have like to have seen a bag count on the insulation to be sure got what was paid for.

My experience was very positive. Jerry showed up on time and explained his services well. I'm a visual person so I appreciated his demonstration of the radiant barrier. I purchased the blown in insulation and the radiant barrier. I'm extremely pleased. The work was done in Sept. 2007 and I have noticed significant utility bill savings since that time. I have recommended this company to friends. When my unrelated air conditioning service was performed in the attic the worker commented on the wonderful insulation job in my attic and wanted to know who performed the work. Outstanding job!!

It was very good. I was disappointed that they could not do the full weatherization of my home due to the positioning of my return air duct.

Jerry Christian is very pleasant and professional. The work project was finally completed 12 Feb 08 after being contracted on 7 Dec 07. The holidays and recent weather caused a number of delays. The installation and product are professional. The downside to this experience has been the lack of follow-up by the contractor. The only contacts with the contractor during the delays were due to my phone calls. This left us with a concern about the viability of the company.

A disaster from the beginning. Do not use this company. They were late for the initial quote (this should have been my first red flag), late for the job, short handed, miss quoted the job (by $100) due to incompetence of individual doing the quote, did not complete the job (still haven't) and left debris in my yard and a big hole in my kitchen floor. They will beat the price of other companies.....But you will pay in other ways...Look elsewhere for insulation and winterization work.

Arrived just a little late. Was very respectful to me. Explained everything they were going to do, went to work & did a great job as far as I can tell. Now we'll see if a radiant barrier & additional blown-in insulation will really reduce our energy bill by as much as 30% like everyone says.

Did what they promised in a clean, quick manner

Jerry was very helpful & informative. Gave advice he felt would be best for our situation, not newsweekly the most expensive options. House is much cooler!

Even after asking them to go back and fix the many missed spots there are still over 30 gaps that I counted, and probably more. I had damage to items stored in the Attic even though the Crew Lead told me I did not need to cover those items. They left q

I took bids from at least 6 contractors and ended up using Home Performance Concepts. The entire experience from estimate to installation was thorough and professional. No hard sell tactics, very straightforward. And at a great price. Highy recommended!

He was up fount and honest.

These people are very friendly, prompt and courteous. In fact, a lot of time was wasted because we talked so long. David is a good kid, �Iraqi Freedom� veteran, and trying very hard to make this company work which, I think he will. The radiant barrier could not be applied, as I had hope, because of the tight areas involving my vaulted ceiling. This is not the fault of HPC. I warned the estimator, Jerry about this and he could not see what I spoke of. David saw the problem and was very honest with me about the effectiveness if the entire area could not be covered. Nonetheless, David regrouped and installed a solar powered ventilation
