Charged 750 for a deep clean. House looked essentially the same as they arrived. Two people for 3 hours. used a mildew mop and entire house smelled of mildew. They entered house and stole prescription medication before I cam home. The owners themselves are nasty people. Do not hire this company. Zero stars. Be warned.

I had a horrible experience with HomePlus Cleaning. At 9 months pregnant I hired them to do a deep clean of my home. Everyone I spoke to was sweet and wonderful, including the girls who came to clean my home. We went over the list of things they would be cleaning as part of my package which was priced at over $700. I felt comfortable leaving them to finish up as I had a doctor's apt and wouldn't be returning till they were finished. I left them both a very generous tip, assuming the job would be done well. When I returned a couple of hours later, I was horrified. Most of the things that we had agreed upon being cleaned as part of the "deep clean" had not even been *touched*. And what had been cleaned had been done terribly - very obvious streaks on the mirrors and floors, for example. I was so upset. I spent the next several hours re-cleaning and crying as I was in so much pain and so uncomfortable, ready to go into labor at any moment. All I had wanted was to come home from the hospital to a clean home that I didn't need to worry about for a couple weeks. To say nothing of the fact that $700 is a *lot* of money to my husband and I and we were about to have a baby. I contacted the company and per their guarantee they offered to come back and clean. I get that this is what they would normally offer in normal circumstances, but I asked them to consider that these were not normal circumstances. I didn't have time to have them come back as I was expecting to go into labor any day. They then offered to come back after the baby was born. I honestly don't know any mom dealing with a newborn who wants a bunch of strangers invading her home and her personal space immediately after having given birth while she is trying to rest and recuperate - not to mention caring for a newborn. They would need to go into every room, they would be loud, and they would be in my home for several hours. And worst of all, I could not understand how I could possibly trust them to actually clean well what they were supposed to clean the first time. If you aren't willing to do it right the first time, how/why should I give you another chance? I have spent decades in customer service and I had numerous circumstances where I had to make exceptions on policy to do what is right for the customer. Even after speaking with the owner of this company (Brielle) she refused to help me and insisted that she would not budge from her own policy. I provided her with images from after her crew had left and she agreed that they completely dropped the ball and did not do what I had paid for. She offered to reimburse me for $100 (significantly less than the tip I left for the crew) and again, over and over insisted that *all* they would be willing to do is come again to clean. Ultimately, I was forced to file a complaint with the BBB and another with my credit card company. It would seem this company has made other customers happy and ultimately, I wish them the best. However, before using them I would highly recommend you consult the BBB site (I am *not* the only person who has had this exact issue with them) and/or be prepared to have them come back and clean again - if you should have the availability to do so - otherwise you will be out a lot of money and still have a dirty home.

I started using HomePlus cleaning back in August, and have been using their service regularly since. Emily has always been the person providing service, but for today's appointment is was someone different, Mallory. Of course this sent my anxiety into motion, as I am not a big fan of change. I should have known better than to worry. Mallory was just as professional, helpful and thorough as Emily has been, and her friendly demeanor put my anxiety at ease. Mallory did a great job and I can't recommend HomePlus enough.

Home Plus typically sends a dedicated cleaning professional. Every time they come the home is cleaned throughly. I have had other cleaning companies that did not clean at the level Home Plus does. The difference is clear. I recommend Home Plus.

I hired HomePlus for a deep clean for a rental apartment. I made clear that the apartment was in bad shape. The price was $584. After the initial cleaning, there was dust on surfaces throughout the house. They sent someone back, but even then, we found gum on the floor of the bathroom. I was not able to be there for the 5 hours of cleaning (for 2 people) that I paid for & wasn't able to be there for the walkthrough. For the amount of $$ I paid though, I'm very disappointed with the deep clean. On the other hand, the customer services is great. The team is very responsive & constantly following up. Deep clean is a very special type of cleaning though.

There response time was immediate. The 1,800 sf rental we had was a filthy from our prior tennant's, we hired Home Plus Cleaning for a deep clean and they did an amazing job! The place was absolutely filthy when they started now it is in a rentable condition, well worth the money! We added them to our Favorites and will use them exclusively for our growing relestate profile.

They're amazing! The owners are awesome. Being a single parent, they work with their customers & schedule around their needs. They also send out their best worker whose consistent and knows our home which makes it easier for us to know & trust her.
