Reliable, polite, professional. Major electric work done well.

We made appointments via email that they lost and forgot about, then blamed us for. Only after we showed documentation did they admit fault. They continued to ignore our requests not to be contacted via phone (but by text / email instead) and repeatedly called my wife at work while I was home, threatening to cancel our appointment in the middle of the service window they gave us if she did not respond. Management ignored my emails (which they later verbally confirmed they received) and only talked to me when I found their direct phone number. Management was defensive, accusatory and dismissive of my concerns. They told me they don't intend to improve their process or change anything because this has worked for 30 years for them so far, so they have zero interest in improving. They didn't even send the quote I paid for until days later when I asked for it from management over the phone. Their prices aren't competitive anyway, so save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

I hired Erik when 5 other electricians I got through Home Advisor all came and went with the saying the same thing I will email you a quote and never heard a word. Erik came to see the job, gave me a quote on site and was there just a few days later. Having to clean up a horrific job my contractor TRIED to do he had his work cut out for him. He was thorough, detail oriented, on time, easy to communicate with (this guy actually returns text messages - who knew), and is super knowledgeable. This is the guy home owners PRAY to find!
