Homepro was hired to repair my garage after tree damage during a storm. They responded quickly, had a good quote and started within a few days. The entailed stabilizing the structure, removing damaged materials, structural repair, roofing and concrete work. They utilized subcontractors for removing tree roots, but otherwise had their own crew of craftsman provide 90% of the work. The task was completed quickly and effectively. Once started the crew worked on site until job was completed. The supervising staff was always available and provided excellent service and guidance on the project. I would recommend the HomePro Handyman Services to anyone looking for a dependable contractor for their home.

it is extremely difficult to reach HomeAdvisor Customer Service. The wait times are extraordinarily long, and when you do reach a Customer Service team member, they never know how to answer your question and then transfer you over to another department that also does not know how to help you. The Service Pros are great, but HomeAdvisor customer service is the worst in the business. Trying to reach a live representative is virtually impossible with this company.
