Did not give a call prior to showing up for project, was paid in full and did not return to complete job. Made numerous efforts to contact and asked for a refund. No response.

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
I hired him and was assured byu him that the job would be completed in time, the install was completed on my flooring but it looks awful. I also hired him to paint 3 rooms and the quality of that is terrible as well. On numerous occasions he has promised to come address the issues and has never showed.

Te team was professional and very personable. Their initial response came within 5 minutes of my submitting the requet on line. They were efficient and cleaned up well and took all debris ith them at end of the project. We plan on usng them for other proects around our home.

I was very pleased with the job that was completed. Home Pro was quick to respond to my inquiries and give me estimates by e-mail. Mike, Rob, and especially Nick worked endlessly for 3 days to get the job completed in the extreme heat. The guys were very professional, neat, and I definitely would use them again for another project in the future.

They removed the bird nest ,cleaned out the vent and installed vent cover. They did a great job. I would hire them again. They were nice,pleasant and intelligent guys.

Paid him in good faith To do the job never finished the job. Called him 6 Times for him to come Back always said he would be there the next Day Never showed up . I going to call police for ripping of a 98 yr Old Woman.

"My crew went to the house and did the work, unfortunately they missed a section. Since then the crew is no longer employed with the company. I took for responsibility for this and I'm trying to catch up so I can go back and complete this job, and that's what I've told the customer."
