They got to my house on time and they were there all day working on taking a live oak tree down. They did an awesome job and when I got home from work they were still there so I got to meet them. Will use them again if I need more work don

In Nov 2021 I was obtaining estimates to remove an oak tree and trim some branches from another tree that were growing close to the roof. Jr gave me an estimate of $2400. The estimate included removing the stump, and since I wanted to keep some of the wood he said they would cut it and stack it however & wherever I wanted it. Every other day he would call and lower his estimate another $100, until we agreed on a price of $2000. Figuring they needed the work I employed them. The day they got here Jr said the price was $2100, which I agreed to since they would cut the logs into 2 feet pieces and stack it for me. There were 4 guys working but only Jr spoke English. I had to stop him a couple of times because they were not leaving any wood, but loading it all on their truck (I found out later that they sell it for mulch and make even more money!) I now have wood of all lengths and not stacked neatly, but thrown in a pile. When they trimmed the branches in the front yard, they ran over part of a flower bed, killing the foliage, and created big ruts in the yard, which they did not try to remedy in any way! The worst thing is they said they would be back in a few months to grind the stump when it had dried out some. They also tried to charge me $2400 that day! I paid them the $2100 agreed on. Now they will not come back to grind the stump and want another $200 to do it. Every time I speak or text Jr the story changes. I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. And I want a $200 refund so I can get the stump removed. If you have read the other reviews that rated them poorly you will see that their responses are very rude and claiming what a great job they did. None of it is the truth! They make promises but do not stand behind what they say. What happened to the days when you could rely on someones word? Obviously this business does not know the meaning of standing behind your word.

Quick work, removed trees, power washed the lanai and fixed the screen that our overgrown trees had damaged. was quoted $2300 for the tree removal alone and when asked for payment I asked to use a card and they said there would be a 4% fee which ok fine it just makes my life simpler, I did the math it would be roughly $100. They could not get the card reader to work so I had to search for an old check book and was told the total was $2400. I asked why but did not really seem to get a straight answer? Something about making sure I was happy? Which makes no sense to me since paying the quoted price is what would have made me happy...but w/e. The cost for powerwashing and screen repair came to $800. Both days for the tree service powerwashing they were over an hour late. I was suppose to have another meeting to discuss another job but the time came and went so I said I would need to reschedule (which I have not). I read another review where someone mentioned they asked for water, which happened and I supplied, kind of weird but I guess just a heads up to have water ready if you hire them? I just hope that if you are going to be late for a scheduled job you would at least let the customer know.

They removed a large Poinciana tree. Their root grinder is broken, left the area in a mess, and broke my stepping stones...Not at all interested in replacing anything or apologizing. Said well the equipment was heavy lady, they asked for water and I set out drinks and a large bottle of ice water, they promptly put my water bottle in their truck and I had to ask for it back or they would have taken it. Then they were rude about returning it... they did not know that I speak Spanish well enough to know what they were saying! Lots of other tree companies. The guy came to grind the stump on a Sunday I told them you cannot work in this community on Sunday so he came anyway.

"The project was top notch. They show up on the day they promised, took away all of the trimmings in their own trailer/truck, and had enough workers to help complete the trimming/pruning of all 4 black olives and 1 mahogany tree in one day like they had also promised. Trees were trimmed/pruned exactly the way my wife and I had wanted them so we're very happy. They worked hard and did a great job!
