Home Probe Appraisals is a real estate valuation company which ONLY performs 1-4 family residential (home) real estate appraisals for homeowners wanting to sell their own homes, or for those who need a home value for estate purposes. I have been doing residential real estate appraisals since 1992, shortly after I retired from the U. S. Navy. I do NOT do commercial real estate appraisals, or either appraisals on vacant land -- or for bank or credit union home refinancing. My coverage area is the northeast corner of Massachusetts only.
