Jeremy is very knowledgeable and professional. He has great connections with the community to get what needed done in my home. It's a bit pricey, but well worth it. I have been very sick with sinus infections for over a year and he found that there was mold in my air quality, but it wasn't toxic mold, it was a benign everyday mold that is found outdoors, but it was indoors at my home which causes allergy symptoms. I am so thankful I did this.

Jeremy Day is a highly knowledgeable professional inspector. He responded quickly to my request, arrived at the site at the expected time, conducted all the appropriate tests, got the full report to me back quickly. The best parts were that he answered questions I hadn't expected to ask, and helped me understand the process and that I was coming from another to review the property for sale. That spoke volumes to his professional approach and knowledge. He has continued to be helpful to me as I work at becoming a new home owner in Florida. In summary, knowledgeable, likable, professional, and quick. What more can you ask for?

Jeremy is a very knowledgeable guy. He came over, did the appropriate tests, got the results back quickly, and explained them to me. He has continued to be helpful to me as I move toward a solution to my mold issue. He has been very quick to help and offer advice and counsel. Just a great guy, and a solid business.

Jeremy is great. The scheduling was quick and the results were also received quickly. He took lots of time on the phone on different occasions to help figure out the problem and then to discuss the ramifications and possibilities. He is very patient and knowledgeable.

The inspection is scheduled for next week so it has not yet occurred. However Jeremy has been wonderful and responsive and affordable.

Jeremy was amazing! I am a realtor and it is SO hard to find good, quality inspectors that know what is an issue and what is not. Jeremy has a ton of experience in construction and can tel home owners of what they are seeing is something to truly be concerned with and if it will be surprisingly cheap or expensive. A would recommend to anyone!
