I recently hired Home Property Maintenance to have carpentry work done around my home, and was very pleased with how the work from them went. Sergio that came out from Home Property Maintenance were very friendly and professional while he were here, and were able to get the work done quicker than I had been expecting. Overall I think Home Property Maintenance did an excellent job with the work that I needed. I will definitely use Home Property Maintenance services again when I need, and I highly recommend their services.

THE TECHNICIAN CALLED ME WITHIN HOURS OF MY REQUEST BEING SUBMITTED. HE ARRIVED ON TIME THE NEXT DAY AFTER CALLING ME WHEN HE WAS TEN MINUTES AWAY. HE ARRIVED IN HIS COMPANIES PANEL TRUCK TO ASSESS THE PROBLEM.AFTER A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF MY PROBLEM, HE FULLY UNDERSTOOD MY PROBLEM AND SAID HE COULD IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR TO FIX/REPAIR. HE RETURNED FROM HIS PANEL TRUCK WITH APPROPRIATE CANVAS FLOOR COVERINGS AND TOOLS/EQUIPMENT. AFTER PULLING THE REFRIGERATOR OUT FROM ITS TIGHT LOCATION HE PROCEEDED TO VACUUM AND SCRAPE THE WORK AREA . SERGIO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT, NEAT AND COMPETENT . HE COMPLETED THE REPAIR IN THE DESIGNATED TIME AFTER THOROUGHLY CLEANING AND RESTORING THINGS TO WORKING ORDER. HIS ATTITUDE AND DEMEANOR WERE PROFESSIONAL, CONGENIAL AND EFFECTIVE. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN AND GIVE HIM THE HIGHEST RATINGS FOR HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND EFFECTIVENESS.
