Fantastic! Don promptly answers the phone when called. Returns calls quickly. Arrived when he said he would and did the work at the price quoted. Great to deal with a contractor that calls back and shows up when he says he will! I would not hesitate to call Don at Home Pros again.

We have had a troublesome leak in our house that we have not been able to locate for many years. Don came out and discovered a flashing issue that needed repair. He came out to evaluate the problem on the same day we called him, provided a free estimate, and returned to fix the problem when he promised. He showed us the specific area to be fixed, explained what needed to be done and performed the required repair in a very thorough and professional manner. He guaranteed his work for 2 years. The price was reasonable. He's a nice guy and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I'm extremely confident that the problem is resolved. Don't hesitate to call him.

I used Home Pros recently to repair a leaking roof. Don was quick to respond to the request and came out right away to asses the repair (even installed a temporary repair on the spot) and provided a very competitive quote. The work was scheduled and completed promptly. He and his crew completed the job as promised, cleaned up without a leaving a trace and even provided step-by-step pictures of their work. I would definitely recommend Home Pros and won't hesitate to use them again.

Don and Home Pros Building Company were very responsive and professional to my Home Advisor quote request. Within a few hours of posting my request to Home Advisors he called me to set up a time to visit my house and quote the job. He came out the next day and quoted a fair price for my requested repair but also pointed out some installation issues that the original installer did wrong. I agreed with his observations and appreciated his explanation as to why these issues occurred. He quoted me another fair price to take down and reinstall the affected siding which I also agreed to. He was able to do the work the next day (which he said was not always the case but I'm glad he was able to work me in) and was done, cleaned up and gone with his anticipated time frame as well. It was an excellent experience as I have been trying to get this repair done for the past several months and reached out to various people in the siding industry including "Hire It Done" all of whom failed to help me out or even take an interest in providing me a quote. I started this process on Wednesday and by Friday of that same week my repair was complete and it looks great.
