The painters that came in were very messy. They left blobs of paint on the trim. The quote was to remove all existing wallpaper, skim coat, and primer. The first day the crew decided they wanted to skim coat and paint without removing the remaining wallpaper... My son happened to notice that was what they were doing so I had to contact management. We did two walkthroughs. Each time I pointed out nail holes that were not filled, wallpaper still showing through in some places along with stains coming through the ceiling. I am not happy with the quality of the work. I feel like most of them did not know or did not care about the quality of their work. I still have spots that are not completely covered with paint around the window and door frames. I will fix these issues myself because I am tired of dealing with them. They also cleaned their tools in my kitchen sink, leaving a big mess in the sink and causing my dishwasher to back up. I do not commend them!

I am rarely impressed by service providers, but Home Pros met or exceeded all of my expectations. They replaced rotted trim and siding on our chimney and another spot just below the roof line. They were on the job within two days of my accepting the bid, and two days later the job was finished including an additional job I added after the original bid was accepted. The work is exceptional, they did exactly what I asked for, and the clean up was complete. I can highly recommend Home Pros for exterior repairs and painting, and I will hire them again the next time I need exterior work done on my home.

This company had a very good estimate with detailed step by step what they were going to be doing. They were very thorough and any issue that we had come up, they were ready to solve right away. The owner made himself available. Overall they did a very good job painting the house and the staff was very professional. They were quick and getting us on the schedule and getting the job done. Not only did they have the best estimate process and all the warranty and insurance information up front, they had the best price and they followed through.

They did a great job painting our home. We were so impressed with the amount of prep work before the painting as well as their attention to detail with the painting. Edwin and Ron answered questions and returned emails quickly and professionally. The crew was always friendly and polite, we would definitely recommend to anyone!

These guys were great! The owner and his entire crew were respectful and polite. Very responsive and very helpful when dealing with a color mishap (our fault). The house turned out better than I expected!

This was NOT the pro or handy man you would want to go with. They restain our door last year, not even within a One year time, the door looks really bad again, wood filler came apart, where was caulked started to showed cracked again. Called the owner Ed, told me the crew used wrong materials?? (why would they even used wrong wood filler to start with then???) then told me the door exposed to the sun too much, no matter how I work on, it wont help, suggested me to build an Awning.. I told him if that's the case why would he not tell us at the first place instead? why would he tell us restain the door will take care of the problem? $780 didnt seem much to a lot of people but it is a lot of us, he has no integrity. He never checked back with me, never came out to fill the crack. I would not recommend anyone to use his service. You pay him so much and he pays very minimal to use some very hard working Hispanic people.. Do not use this one

"Unfortunately what (consumer name withheld per their request) is leaving out is that I personally went out to the project several times to try to do the best that we could with her stained door. She had other contractors out prior to us arriving that informed her of the same things we did so what we informed her was nothing new. I offered to re-stain the wood filled damaged but did tell her that it wasn't a long term solution. Obviously the work was good enough for her to pay us at the time of completion and it wasn't an issue until here recently (1 year later) when she thought she saw a hole in the door that then disappeared without us ever touching it again. Bottom line is that I did offer to touchup the door where the wood fill putty was showing but she wasn't happy with the fact that the door really needs some kind of shade to keep the sun off of it or else she is going to continue having problems."

Excellent workmanship and reasonably priced. They painted my large two story foyer as well as kitchen and other rooms and stained a door. All ceilings, walls and door were done perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was so impressed with the work that I will be hiring them again for some exterior home repair and paint. All of the crew were exceptionally polite and cleaned up everything before they left -- spotless! I've had many contractors in the last year remodeling my home and they are by far my favorite based on price, excellent communication, exceptional work and outstanding crew. A+ Rating!

Overall, they did a good job. To be fair, I had them do a lot more work once they started but that's good for them. Some paint on custom drapes/curtains. Start and stop time for the crew was inconsistent, lunches over an hour. I found them flexible regarding changes or adds. Having said that, I have attempted to give them even more work however too busy to take more on at this time. They painted almost my entire house, some areas had to be touched up afterwards, I am telling myself a story that this is normal for such a large job. George was really good and made a few issues easier to handle based on his customer service.

The quality of the work was good. The crew showed up on time and tried to do quality work. The only negative was communication between the salesman and crew about a change I requested before I accepted the job. However, the confusion was resolved. Also I had a second job that I requested a quote for, but I have yet to get it.

Besides removing popcorn ceilings and knockdown, they did demo work and painting. Courteous and hard workers, great communication, a fair and honest company. Great work. Arrived on time every morning.

crew chief did excellent work. helper was ok. the finished product was quality work. the only negative was the lack of tarps used. the helper had a paint can lid sitting on carpet with nothing under it and nothing was covered. would recommend that you insist on assurance that proper covering of floors and furniture be done at time of bid. we have found several drips on carpet that we had to clean up. a little more caution is needed. would hire them again but would be more insistent with crew.

This is a great company to hire. The owner has a tremendous amount of integrity, great communication, and follows through with promises. The estimate was very accurate, comprehensive, and fair. Also, during the job, one area marked as rotting was actually OK, they didn't have to replace the wood, so they refunded that part of our payment. This is a well-run company with good people working there from the top, down. I will use them again.

This company can not be trusted for quality sheetrock work. I hired them for a remodel project and the work was horrible (worst I have ever seen in my 20+ years in the business) and the owner thought the quality was fine. No more needs to be said.

"The touchup work required on this project took all of about 4 hours. What the customer is failing to mention is that the job involved over 60 sheets of sheetrock and that the owner of the house initially started the job but gave up after making some serious installation errors--which is how we ended up with the job. The final product is always approved by the customer and not the management of the company. If the final product is not satisfactory then the customer does not pay until it is completed to their satisfaction. If we can't make it right then the customer does not pay. In this case the customer ended up paying for the full job. There must be a reason the customer paid for the full job. It wasn't near as bad as this customer is making it sound."

The company sent out 2 poorly trained non- English speaking boys. One boy could speak english and appeared to have a little more traIning. Many areas had to be re-repared and repainted. They used no drop cloths over my hardwoods. I had to beg for plastic to be hung when sanding. They put up no protection on my walls floor or furniture when blowing on the ceiling texture, so I had to have carpets cleaned. I repainted most areas. They were nice boys and cleaned up well.

Edwin, the owner was wonderful to work with. He always answered my emails on a timely basis and was always professional. His crews did a great job and was there when expected and was always courteous and friendly. One of his crews stained our deck and another one painted the trim of our house. They both did amazing work and I highly recommend Home Pros.
