These guys are scam artists! Cameron is only a front for shoddy subcontractors. Promised exterior cleaning, got hose sprayed around. Promised 2 coats, barely got one good one. They rushed our paint job at every opportunity, just wanted to do a bare minimum and get away. If I was not out there watching every step, I would have got lied to as to what they performed. Don't waste your good money on these guys!!!

"Rushed job? Well, from the date you can see the weather was poor, so we put an extra crew. The owner then demanded a hand brush of 2-3 coats, and that was not in specs. From comments, u can see the owner watched every step and got an excellent job so why complain about our jib with an extra crew if he watched and there every step."

Worst contractor I've ever worked with. No sanding, not adequately coated, missed spots, Uneven, pooled in places, dripped and ran down from top over edges of rails And drips left To dry. Did not use ladder for outside of two-story deck. Tried to reach through and over rails from top. Looks like a five year old did it. Subcontractor said he didn't have owner's phone number and was very rude. Cameron came out and told them to touch up a few places but still awful. Called Him to come back and Cameron showed up and put another coat on top Rails but didn't finish Side rails. Asked him to tell me when he finished but he just left. Didn't return phone message. Stopped payment on check. Unethical, shoddy business. Beware!

"The owner never had the deck cleared, from heavy, heavy picnic tables and heavy planters. We finally just left the job and never billed her. Plus, she abused my nice Spanish/English speaking crew."

Communication was not good. We called several times to see when they would actually begin work Person I set up the job with was not the people who came out. Language problem with the actual workers.

Quick response and very friendly crew manager. A little problem with communication of date, First round of application not completely satisfying after stain dried off. Very good customer service, though - they came back asap to finish the project up to our satisfaction. A little higher in price than we would have expected.

Hired home pros to replace a deck railing and paint two outdoor decks. Quoting process was easy. Scheduling in the spring is hard, but it felt like the first clear days after we accepted the quote the work started. Work was fast, the resulting product was as promised. A few asks to touch up a spot or two were happily reminded without complaint. Workspace was kept tidy between working days. Will hire again!

Good job with a couple of missed commitments due partly to weather and partly to stain not being pre-ordered. - at this time of year just a minor issue. Clearing deck of heavy furniture (and replacing same after stain has cured ( was never promised, but would be a nice addition to service), I would have paid for it.

Do not trust this company to live up to the promises it makes in it sales pitch. The communication was abysmal. There was no accountability. Prep work was almost non existent until we started complaining loudly at every turn. All they cared about was getting paid. Details were left unpainted entirely or sloppily so. Gutters were not reinstalled. It took weeks to get them to take the paper off all the widows. A screen was badly damaged. They take absolutely no pride in running a reputable, responsible company.

"1. She changed colors 3 times during the process. 2. We did a good paint job, yes we could improve our communication. 3. We tried to please her. 4. She said gutters being redone. We came back later and installed. By the way, we don't do a sales pitch. I was shocked by her response as we did so much more on this 1908-old home. Rather than quit under constant demands and changes, we stuck it out. We made no money."

This was a long and painful experience in the areas of communication, alignment with the homeowner, project management, scheduling, oversight of work and overall accountability. There was no apology or satisfactory response for the issues we experienced.

"After power washing, we found support beams that were rotten. We had only quoted on the staining, not any board repair. The carpentry made the cost more expensive, not our staining as the price we quoted remained the same."
