Fast, professional, got the work done. John came at night to fix a small leak in the bathroom and replace the water supply valve and line. Just expected to spend less considering it was a simple job and the cost of materials was low. But that seems to be the nature of plumbing work. I m pleased with the work.

"This customer was given up front price of $340 dollars for a cartridge replacement. They agreed on the price, the issue was resolved quickly and with now issues. Customer later requested refund of $60 saying they found part online for $60 dollars cheaper. We did a courtesy refund to accommodate the problem. This review is not received well as we did all we can to make this customer happy. Not all deals work out the way we want them to but this customer has been difficult to deal with from the beginning."

Very professional , on time, installed new water heater and replaced kitchen sink (had to have granite recur for new sink) and Juan rescheduled to return after new cut. A little expensive but worth it. Joe.

I contacted them early in the morning, and within an hour, they were here for a free estimate. He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He replaced the garbage disposal, cleaned the area, and was done within two hours. Cost is average with other plummers. Excellent work, I would highly recommend them, will hire them again.

"We serviced this customer on a Sunday afternoon for a very reasonable rate. Customer was given upfront price of $375.00. He agreed to the price and gave us the go ahead. A couple of days later he gives us this review. When we contacted him to ask why he would give us a negative review after he agreed to price and even kept us around showing us items that have to do with his hobby and we engaged in conversation about his hobby. He then proceeded to say that the only way he would remove this review would be if we gave him $100.00. We will not give him the money because he attempts to use this platform to manipulate us into giving him a penny ba"
