They did a great job preparing the area before pulling out the old debris and blowing in the new insulation. I asked them to take pictures of the before and after in the attic space. They delivered exactly what they said they would do.

Ian was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to help us make some decisions and gave us lots of options. The Crew was very professional.

We had old cellulose insulation removed and fiberglass blown in. The estimator was here on time and efficient. The workers were on time, kept it as clean as possible, and checked with me often to verify what I wanted done. As clean and efficient as this type of job could be.

We scheduled Ian to come up and provide an estimate. We live 50 miles away and we forgot about the appointment. Ian came all the way up only to find us not at home. He laughed it off and simply rescheduled it for us. He was very kind and extremely professional. His crew promptly arrived as per schedule and completed the entire job in one day. Kudos to the entire PI&ES organization.

This company was great to work with. I contacted 5 companies, received phone bids from 3. This company was VERY competitively priced. BY FAR - BY FAR - the best value for the money. (For example, other companies were adding charges/tacking on fees to use foam insulation to fill any cracks in the attic around bathroom vent fans, etc. These guys included it. Also, other companies charged extra to insulate the attic access lid/drywall. These guys included it. Again, these aren't expensive or very time consuming procedures. But the fact they included it without all those dreaded upcharges and add on's was classy.) More importantly, they were simply more courteous and responsive than the others. I was on a tight budget and timeline and they worked with me on both. They were flexible in their scheduling even though I need to the job ASAP and they likely had to alter the schedule of their crew. The crew showed up on time, and completed the job professionally. They were thorough and actually prepped the area and masked off rooms with plastic. I gave 4.5 instead of a perfect 5.0 because there was a bit of touch up paint I had to do as well as a little clean up from insulation fiber I had to clean up. That written, I'd hire these guys 10 out of 10 times. And will do so in the next several months when I purchase my next property. Good luck! Thomas, Seattle, WA

I hired Performance because they were very forthcoming about energy rebates etc. They were on-time, did a great clean up job, and the final dollar amount was actually less than the quoted amount. It is difficult to know, with blown in insulation, just how effective this will be. I am really hoping that it will help with keeping the living area over the garage (split level home) warmer. A very good experience with Performance insulation and energy services inc.
