Everything was really awesome, the guys were super nice. There was only one tiny mix up, girl called on a Friday to apologize they wouldn't make it out cause of rain, it was first I heard back from them and I was out of town, so actually it all worked out. My gutters look awesome had 2 neighbors ask if I was selling since I was fixing up house. Good job Res-Q

They left a mess when done. Screws and nails found in our pool and front light was damaged.

Please note that unless our office is notified of your concerns during the time they are happening, then there is little we can do after the fact. In regards to your front light being broken, this was not in the area of your repair and again this is the first time we are hearing of it. If we would've heard about these concerns during or just after completing your repair, we would've happily assisted with an immediate response and service.

I made (or I thought I did) for installation of a gutter and downspout for my house. They were earlier than expected (never a phone call with a heads up). Then the bad news. I was told the downspout blew out of the trailer and the lost it. I was guaranteed they would be there the next day to complete the work. The downspout was delivered by another company but the installers never showed up. I called the office multiple times and each time I was told she would contact them and see what time they would be at my house. They never showed up and never called to re-schedule. I'm sure they won't show up during the weekend and who knows when? I was going to ask for more estimates for additional work, but now? And the clincher is I paid them in full for the job. Should have had my head examined first. No communication what so ever
Response by Home Res-Q, Inc.: (consumer name withheld per their request) I would like to say that it was unfortunate that we were unable to complete your $300 gutter job the day we started due to the fact that the downspout was lost in transit. You were not obligated to pay that day since we could not complete the job, but you chose to do so. The following day we had planned on being there and once you called the office and I found out the crew was tied up on the previously scheduled job I called you back to let you know we would be there Monday. Unfortunately Monday, due to previously scheduled jobs we once again were not able to make it your home in a timely manner and I called you, at which time we had an extensive conversation and I explained you would be the first call Tuesday morning. We have been in business for 13 years and offer a 2 year warranty on our work and would never run from a job once paid in full, that is why we were there first thing 4/4 to attach the downspout.
