We used Home Res-Q Inc for a few projects and were dissatisfied with all of their work and will be having their work redone. They abandoned their last project while working. They are quit untrustworthy when it comes to time and money. We had multiple projects with them. All of them were a headache and we dealt with them not showing up when they should have and cancelling coming saying they were stuck at another job. They don't have regard for people time and after taking off of work to be home when they are there, they didn't show up. This is not acceptable. When they finally came a few days later, we needed to change our schedule to accommodate them. Hiring a company to work and changing your schedule multiple times is not professional. First of all, when contracted, we needed to change the original plan because we were going to add more and you would think the company likes this because they will earn more money but nope, their foreman was a complete nightmare and did work even though we told him not to. We bit out lip and were trying to give the benefit of the doubt to them and when Nick (the owner) said he apologized, we accepted it. Then, we ran into delay after delay and constant complaints from the company saying the county was busy and that it takes a long time for permits (This is wrong because I have a friend who works in permitting at the county and was told currently the time is less that a week to process permits). After hearing so many lies, we tried to schedule a meeting to talk about how to resolve things, we were blown off. They stopped answering phone calls and when we used a different phone, they answered right away. Not only did we cancel their contract, we are still upset for not receiving our full deposit back. They say its because of engineering fees and permitting fees but its not our fault the company filed for permitting after we told them we want to cancel the work order and it is not our fault we were lied to about almost everything. Furthermore, their workers do not clean up after themselves before they leave. The workers were kind but they were quite messy. After experiencing such a bad time with this company, I ask anyone to reconsider going with them as they have caused us a great amount of headache and its certain they could easily cause you the same.

Home ResQ installed gutters on our one story home for $1200. The gutters, which were hung over the front of the house, look crooked and sloppy. To the company's credit, the crew was sent back out to look at the problem, though it took more than a month before they returned. They raised the corner of the gutter about one-half inch higher, but it still looks as crooked as before. Even worse though, I am very unhappy that they put up the wrong color of gutters. The project manager and I agreed that the gutters would be the color of the trim (off-white) and the downspouts would be the color of the walls. The gutters they installed are tan and nothing close to the trim color as promised by the project manager. When the work was completed, I registered my complaints about these problems. I paid the company out of good faith expecting that an honest business would stand behind the promises of their employees. Clearly, my trust was misplaced. I spoke with the owner to ask him to make some accommodation for their error. He kept our money and refused to do anything about the problem of the color. He would not take any responsibility for the error. We had to spend an additional $900 to have the gutters painted so they match the trim. That about doubles the cost of the project! I do want to acknowledge the crew chief who, on their return, fixed an end cap which was not a problem of their making. He was the ONLY person from Home ResQ who said I'm sorry. Hopefully this review helps you with your vendor selection. You can do better than Home ResQ.

Still cleaning up the mess they left on the pool cage and the fenced dog lot. $250 for them to blow leaves and debris all over the yard and pool. They only had to clean pool cage gutter and a 12 ft gutter in the dog lot which was all blown on our outside deck. Would not recommend them unless you like doing extra work and paying for it.

The two technicians who came to our house did not install the downspout as requested. My husband tried to explain what we wanted but they insisted they knew better. We are going to have to redo this part of the job.

Great Customer service. Install of Seamless Metal Gutters was excellent. Had to reschedule due to rain but was kept informed of change in schedule taking my connivence into consideration.

very responsive to inquiries. gave several options on gutters. did a good job in installation but had to work with installer to be sure the gutters looked correct.

Customer service was excellent, because of rain had to reschedule...I was kept informed of change and crews arrival times...very professional. Brandon was a great lead man and we discussed installation prior to start of install so we were on same page.
