It’s refreshing to hire a company and receive more then you expected! Mark gave a complete inspection from the ground floor to the roof top. He is very knowledgable in all aspects of construction and renovation. He pointed out many things that i didn’t realized even mattered such as mixed brand breakers in the electrical panels, copper piping vs pec rubber water lines. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. Thanks Mark Tim V

Mark was thorough and walked us through everything he saw that needed repairs. He educated us as first time home buyers on safety issues that were an absolute must to be repaired. He was detailed and fast with his report. His estimate came in well below others. Would recommend him to others

Mark did a good job on the inspection, but he failed to note that the microwave was not working correctly, the display was out. This is going to cost me close to $650 since it can't be fixed and must be replaced as it is built in.

The microwave was functional. Have pix. Why 2 months later Martin ? Also how much did you get for the crack in the stucco that I found that was dumping water into your condo ?
