Savini Roofing

These folks are amazing! They came in exactly on time and finished ~1000sqft of roofing in under one day, including removing and disposing of the existing roof and a large amount of plywood. They were extremely professional and cleaned up as though they weren't even there.

We hired Savini for our 100+ year Mansard Victorian roof. We are a 4 unit condo building that needed to stay within a bank remodeling loan budget so we were cost conscious but also had to ensure we got as much work done as possible. Savini immediately came out to inspect the roof, they sent their estimate in a timely manner when they said they would. They were willing to review the proposal and the work in detail with me, explain all details and answer all my questions. They were flexible in customizing the quote to how we decided to proceed and were accommodating when we decided to slightly change scope. They were not the cheapest but I liked their responsiveness and their pragmatic way of handling the process so we hired them. They finished the work quickly, were very communicative when needed and sent the insurance cert and permit when we asked for it. The work is great and the place looks good. We are very happy to have chosen Savini and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I hired Savini on a time and material basis to fix a leak in the roof, and install new flashing around the chimney. They finished the work quickly with a high quality result. They didn't come up with any unexpected charges. Overall, a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

The team that did the work on my roof Were professional they communicated with me Throughout the job.. They took great care not to damage any of my shrubs and personal property. The company did not honor the verbal quote. They quoted me 1 man $270 plus materials. I understand every job should have 2 men. The job was to replace 1 board a woodpecker put a hole in. The invoice was for 3 men. They said they did me a favor and only charged me for 2 men, 1 being a helper. Charging me $75 per hour for 2 men and it took them 4 hours! Charging me $600! Plus I had to go up and finish the paint job. When I called to discuss, they denied everything and said **I need to feed my family**. Is this someone you want to hire?
